34-10-2-2 Annulment of order

    Sec. 2. If the person described in section 1 of this chapter is guilty of:

    (1) any improper conduct; or

    (2) any unjustifiable delay in the progress of the action; the court may annul the order. The indigent person shall subsequently be deprived of all benefit of the order permitting the person to prosecute or defend as an indigent person.
