§ 21.040 Filing fees in original jurisdiction cases

21.040. Filing fees in original jurisdiction cases

    In cases of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court, the plaintiff or moving party shall pay $39 and the defendant or respondent shall pay $22 on the filing of their first document.

    REPEAL

    This section repealed by Laws 2011, c. 595, § 68, eff. July 1, 2011, operative Oct. 1, 2011.
