Bylaw 2-9.1. Authority of board of governors

    In order to accomplish the purposes of The Florida Bar and implement the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, including this
chapter, the board of governors shall have the power and authority to establish policies and rules of procedure on the subjects and in the manner provided in this rule.
