STANDARD IX. VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL FROM MEMBERSHIP

    (a) Prior to a panel member voluntarily withdrawing from a panel, the member shall notify the Lawyer Referral Service in writing including a report as to the status of all referral cases.

    (b) Upon withdrawing a panel member shall remain obligated to complete all referred cases including payment of any fees due the Lawyer Referral Service.
