§ 587.5. Application of terms
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise specifically requires, the following terms apply:
(a) “Complaint” includes a cross-complaint.
(b) “Defendant” includes a cross-defendant.
(c) “Plaintiff” includes a cross-complainant.
