Art. 4395. Opposition; homologation
An opposition to an account may be filed any time prior to homologation. An opposition shall be tried as a summary proceeding. If no opposition has been filed, the court may homologate the account at any time after the expiration of ten days from the date of service as provided in Article 4394.
