Form32. Motion to Intervene.

    E______ F______ moves for leave to intervene in this action [for the purpose of joining the plaintiff in prosecution of his claim against the defendant as set forth in his proposed complaint of which a copy is hereto attached] [for the purpose of joining the defendant in defending against the plaintiff's claim as set forth in his proposed answer of which a copy is hereto attached], on the ground that [state ground of intervention, either of right or in the discretion of the court, specified in Rule 24(a) and (b)].
