Form37. Motion by Defendant to Add Additional Plaintiff.

    Defendant moves the court for an order directing that __________ be made a party plaintiff herein, or in the alternative, if __________ refuses to join as a plaintiff, he be made a defendant as provided by Rule 19(a), and for grounds therefor shows:

    1. This is an action for [state briefly the nature of the claim for relief.]
