Form66. Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Defendant (Witness) Should Not Be Held in Contempt.

    Plaintiff shows unto the Court as follows:

    1. On ______, 19___, this Court ordered the Defendant (Witness) to answer certain questions propounded to him on the taking of his deposition on oral examination.

    2. Defendant (Witness) has failed to comply with said order in that he [continues to refuse to answer] [has given evasive and incomplete answers] as more fully appears in the transcript of the deposition of Defendant (Witness).

    WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves for an Order requiring Defendant (Witness) to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for his failure to obey the Order of the Court of ______, 19___.
