§ 96.19 Order of Sale
96.19. Order of Sale
The order shall prescribe the terms, place and who shall conduct the sale; it shall not specify the date of sale. The clerk shall
deliver a certified copy of the order of sale to the sheriff or commissioner who shall conduct the sale. The sheriff or ommissioner
shall advertise and sell the land.
