§ 18-1. Vouchers for Court Expenses

No costs shall be taxed for court expenses unless each item of payment of over fifty dollars shall be accompanied by a proper voucher. No part of the clerk's bill or fees shall be included for taxation in the state marshal's bill, or in any bill of a community correctional center.
