§ 19-7. Pleadings

No case shall be referred to a committee or attorney trial referee until the issues are closed and a certification to that effect has been filed pursuant to Section 14-8. Thereafter no pleadings may be filed except by agreement of all parties or order of the court or the attorney trial referee. Such pleadings shall be filed with the clerk and a copy filed with the committee or the attorney trial referee.
