§ 1917. Judgment; jurisdiction necessary

    THE JURISDICTION NECESSARY IN A JUDGMENT. The jurisdiction sufficient to sustain a record is jurisdiction over the
cause, over the parties, and over the thing, when a specific thing is the subject of the judgment.
